This Privacy Policy applies to all services and products provided by
Adil Al Subhi Engineering Consultancy (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
It covers:
- AASCE – Supervision App — our mobile application (
com.adilco.supervision)
- Web Management Dashboard — our internal web-based management system
- WhatsApp Business Communications — client communications via WhatsApp Business Platform
- Engineering Consultancy Services — design, supervision, project management, and related professional services
Each product section below describes the specific data practices relevant to that product.

2. AASCE – Supervision App (Mobile)
App Name: AASCE – Supervision App | Package: com.adilco.supervision
This section applies specifically to users of our mobile application, available on HONOR App Market,
Google Play, and Apple App Store. The App is intended for internal use by authorized engineers and
staff of Adil Al Subhi Engineering Consultancy.
A. Information We Collect
Account & Login Data
- Username and/or email address
- Password (used for authentication; stored securely and never in plain text)
Precise Location (While In Use Only)
We collect your device’s precise location
only while the App is open and in use,
and only when you perform one of the following specific actions:
- Attendance Check-In: to verify that the engineer is physically present at the work site.
- Site Visit Report Creation: to confirm that the engineer is conducting the site visit from the correct project location.
✓ We do not collect your location in the background.
✓ We do not continuously track or record your movements.
✓ We do not maintain a location history timeline.
Camera and Photos / Media
- We access your camera to allow you to capture site inspection photos directly within the App.
- We access your photo gallery/media to allow you to select and attach work-related images to reports.
- Photos are used exclusively for site inspection documentation and project records.
B. Data Storage and Uploads
- Site visit reports, attendance check-in records, and attached photos are uploaded to our company-managed server.
- Our server is hosted within our office infrastructure and is accessible only to authorized company personnel.
- Data is transmitted securely over HTTPS/TLS.
C. How We Use App Data
- Authenticate users and control access to the App.
- Verify onsite presence during attendance check-in and site visit report submission.
- Create, store, and manage site visit reports and inspection photos for project documentation.
- Maintain system security and troubleshoot operational issues.
D. Data Sharing
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
- App data is accessible only to authorized company staff for operational purposes.
- We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the App.
- Data may be disclosed to legal or government authorities when required by applicable law.
E. Permissions Summary
- Location (Precise, While In Use): Required for attendance check-in and site visit report creation.
- Camera: Required to capture site inspection photos.
- Photos / Media Storage: Required to attach images to reports.
You can revoke any permission at any time in your device settings.
Revoking location, camera, or media permissions will disable the corresponding features (check-in and reporting).
F. Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, please email
info@adilalsubhi.com with the subject line
“Account Deletion Request” and your registered username or email.
We will process your request in accordance with applicable legal and contractual requirements.
3. Web Management Dashboard
Our web-based dashboard is used internally by authorized company staff to manage projects,
review reports, and monitor supervision activities.
Information Collected
- Login credentials (username/email and password) for authenticated access.
- Project data, site visit reports, and attendance records submitted via the mobile App.
- Browser session data (e.g., session tokens) for security and authentication purposes.
Usage
- Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
- Data is used solely for internal project management and operational oversight.
4. WhatsApp Business Communications
Our company uses the WhatsApp Business Platform to communicate with clients regarding
project status updates, appointment confirmations, service notifications, customer support,
and occasion or anniversary greetings.
Information Collected
- Client names and phone numbers
- Communication history related to project updates and notifications
Usage
- Communications are conducted solely for professional and business-related purposes.
- We do not use WhatsApp communications for advertising or marketing to third parties.
WhatsApp communications are governed by
WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy
in addition to this policy.
5. Engineering Consultancy Services
As part of our engineering consultancy operations (design, supervision, project management,
and related professional services), we may collect and process the following information
from clients and partners:
- Client names, phone numbers, and email addresses
- Company information and project details
- Communication history and appointment records
Usage
- Managing client relationships and project lifecycle
- Sending project updates, reminders, and service-related notifications
- Fulfilling contractual and legal obligations
Internal Systems
Client and project information is managed through an internal ERP system used exclusively
by authorized company personnel. We do not publicly disclose client project information
or confidential records.
6. Shared Practices

- We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
- Information may be shared with authorized employees, service providers necessary for system operation, or legal/government authorities when required by law.
Data Security

- Access to internal systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Data Retention

or accounting requirements. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
